1. Services

We provide professional car detailing services as described on our website. Service results may vary depending on the condition, age, and upkeep of the vehicle. Certain stains, odors, or damages may be permanent and are not guaranteed to be removed.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in [USD or your currency] and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost. No-shows will be charged the full price.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The vehicle must be in a safe, legal, and accessible location for our team to perform the service.
All personal belongings must be removed before service begins. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage or concerns before the service starts.

5. Liability

We take the utmost care when servicing vehicles; however, [Your Company Name] is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from prior repairs. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
