Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change.
 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your time slot to another customer.

  • 24+ hours before your appointment: No charge — simply reschedule or cancel at no cost.

  • Within 24 hours of your appointment: A 50% fee will apply to cover the time we’ve reserved for you.

 

If weather or circumstances beyond your control prevent your appointment from happening, we’ll work with you to reschedule as soon as possible.

We appreciate your understanding — keeping to this policy helps us provide great service to all our customers.
